The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. They will provide exceptional customer service, identify and pursue new business opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet or exceed customer expectations.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or communications
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Strong communication and presentation skills
